The Requirement
What The Client Needed
A banquet hall used four to five evenings a week, filling from empty to capacity within thirty minutes. Full HVAC could not be justified for that usage pattern, and conventional fans were too loud for speeches from the stage.
The Solution
Selection & Layout
Three gearless 20 ft fans were positioned clear of the chandelier and AV rigging, with the hanging structure taken through the false ceiling to the slab above. Speed control was placed at the operations desk so staff adjust as the hall fills.

Guests feel the air movement without hearing the fans. The hall reaches comfort within a minute of switching on rather than needing conditioning in advance.
