Dispatch & Site Handling
Fans are packed for transit and delivered to site with a packing list. Blades, hub and structure are checked against the list before installation begins.
Hanging Structure Fitment
The IS 2062 M.S. structure is fixed to the roof truss or purlin as designed, with SS wire rope wrapped around every bolted joint as secondary restraint.
Fan Assembly & Mounting
Hub, blades and motor assembly are fitted with high tensile 10.9 grade fasteners and Nyloc nuts, and on the gearless range the extension tube, motor and hub hang from an anti-fall mounting bracket.
Control Panel Mounting
The VFD panel is mounted at 4 – 5 ft floor level for operator access, in a position clear of wash-down, oil and dust zones.
VFD Commissioning
Parameters are set for the model, speed band configured, direction tested and the plug-and-play cabling verified end to end.
Handover & Operator Briefing
Run test at full speed range, handover of documentation, and a briefing for the operators who will actually use the keypad.

About Supply & Installation
Our own qualified technicians handle installation and commissioning. Structure welding is done by certified welders.

Yes. Installation is normally scheduled zone by zone over off-peak shifts or weekends so production continues.
