20,000 Sq.Ft. Dedicated To HVLS
A dedicated HVLS fan manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with a monthly capacity of 300 fans. Dedicated means exactly that — the plant is not shared with another product line, so blade profiling, hub machining, structure fabrication, assembly and run testing all happen under one roof, on one schedule.
What Goes Inside The Fan
The bill of materials is where an HVLS fan is really decided. We do not substitute on these.
Gear Motors
Nord or SEW, German make. Inline helical geared with an induction motor, IE2 efficiency class, with IE3 available on special request.
Variable Frequency Drives
Danfoss on the geared range and Delta on the gearless range, housed in an IP54 powder coated steel cabinet, wall mounted 4 to 5 ft from floor level and BMS compatible.
Fasteners
Unbrako or TVS high tensile 10.9 grade HEX bolts with Nyloc nuts throughout, selected with an additional safety factor.
Blade & Hub Material
Aluminium 6063 T6 for blade material — the broadest blade section in the market, with two ribs for strength.
What Gets Tested
Radiography Testing Of Die Cast Hubs
The hub is the single component carrying the entire blade assembly. Every die cast hub is radiography tested for internal cracks before it goes anywhere near an assembly line.
Certified Welders On Hanging Structures
Hanging structures are made from IS 2062 M.S. tested raw material and welded by certified welders. This is the part of the fan that has to hold for twenty years over an occupied floor.
Assembly And Run Testing Before Dispatch
Every fan is fully assembled and run tested across its speed range before it is packed. Nothing leaves the facility on the assumption that it will work when it gets there.
CE Certified By TUV Nord
CE certified by third party agency TUV Nord — not self-declared. The certificate is available for download, and is what makes the range viable for institutional projects in India and for export markets.
