GearedBuilt, Sized & Supported By Us
Bangladesh’s ready-made garment and textile industry runs some of the largest production floors in the region, and summers across Dhaka, Gazipur and Chattogram are hot and humid. In those conditions it is air moving at floor level that keeps workers comfortable. A single Austar HVLS fan moves a large volume of air across a whole production bay, replacing rows of small wall and pedestal fans at a fraction of the running cost.
- Gentle, uniform airflow — dust and lint stay settled on sewing and cutting floors
- One fan covers up to 20,000 sq.ft. of open floor
- Delivery by sea to Chattogram or by road through land ports such as Benapole
- Every fan assembled and run tested in Ahmedabad before dispatch
- Fan count and positions marked on your factory layout
Geared HVLS Fan Supplier In Bangladesh
The AS series pairs Nord or SEW German make geared motors with Aluminium 6063 T6 aerofoil blades — the heavy-duty choice for multi-shift production halls in Gazipur, Narayanganj and Chattogram.
Gearless HVLS Fan Supplier In Bangladesh
The ASGL series runs a direct driven PMSM motor with no gearbox and no gear oil — a practical fit for pharmaceutical and packaging units where oil-free operation and noise below 40 dB matter.
Why Businesses In Bangladesh Choose Austar
Lint Stays On The Floor
HVLS airflow is gentle and uniform, so dust and lint stay settled instead of being blown across cutting tables and finished garments.
One Fan, Not A Hundred
A single fan covers up to 20,000 sq.ft. — the job of roughly 100 small fans — at around 0.1 W per sq.ft. instead of 2.5 W.
Two Routes In
Orders reach Bangladesh by sea to Chattogram or by road through land ports such as Benapole, with packing planned for either journey.
Run Tested Before It Ships
Every fan is fully assembled and run tested across its speed range in Ahmedabad before it is packed.
Third Party Certified
The AS geared range is CE certified by TUV Nord — an independent body, not a self-declared mark.

What Your Shed Size Actually Needs
Coverage per fan in square metres for a clear-span shed. Divide your production floor area by the coverage figure for a first estimate of fan count — machine rows and mezzanines are allowed for in the layout we send.

HVLS Fan Supply Across Bangladesh
Dhaka and Gazipur hold most of the garment industry, Narayanganj its knitwear and textile units, Chattogram the port and export processing zones, and Khulna a growing industrial base. Tell us where your site is and whether you prefer delivery by sea or by road.
Buying HVLS Fans In Bangladesh
Yes. Orders can travel by road through India–Bangladesh land ports such as Benapole, or by sea to Chattogram port. We plan the packing for whichever route suits your site.
No. HVLS fans move a large volume of air slowly, so the airflow is gentle and uniform and dust and lint stay settled — unlike high-speed wall and pedestal fans.
One fan covers up to 20,000 sq.ft. of clear floor. Machine rows, mezzanines and roof height change the count, so send your layout and we mark the positions.
Mains power in Bangladesh is 50 Hz. Every Austar fan is VFD controlled — share your site’s supply voltage and phase and the motor and drive are confirmed before the order is placed.
The AS geared range is CE certified by third party agency TUV Nord, and the ASGL gearless range is built to comply with the same CE requirements. The certificate is available on our Downloads page.
We respond within one working day, then follow up with fan positions, a proforma and the delivery plan.
