Bangladesh’s ready-made garment and textile industry runs some of the largest production floors in the region, and summers across Dhaka, Gazipur and Chattogram are hot and humid. In those conditions it is air moving at floor level that keeps workers comfortable. A single Austar HVLS fan moves a large volume of air across a whole production bay, replacing rows of small wall and pedestal fans at a fraction of the running cost.

Yes. Orders can travel by road through India–Bangladesh land ports such as Benapole, or by sea to Chattogram port. We plan the packing for whichever route suits your site.
No. HVLS fans move a large volume of air slowly, so the airflow is gentle and uniform and dust and lint stay settled — unlike high-speed wall and pedestal fans.
One fan covers up to 20,000 sq.ft. of clear floor. Machine rows, mezzanines and roof height change the count, so send your layout and we mark the positions.
Mains power in Bangladesh is 50 Hz. Every Austar fan is VFD controlled — share your site’s supply voltage and phase and the motor and drive are confirmed before the order is placed.
The AS geared range is CE certified by third party agency TUV Nord, and the ASGL gearless range is built to comply with the same CE requirements. The certificate is available on our Downloads page.
